Malaysia

All domestic orders will enjoy free shipping! There will be no additional fees or charges imposed.

We understand that the wait for the arrival of your new purchase can be a torture. The anticipation can make you restless! 
Fear not, for Lzzie.com.my has a team of dedicated members who will confirm and dispatch your orders the next day at our best.

 

All domestic orders will be fulfiled by Ninja Van.

Parcel(s) dispatched to Ninja Van will be delivered in person by the courier service crew. A person will be required to be present to sign for the parcel. 
Orders made before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched within 1-5 working days for delivery unless due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day as our office do not operate on weekends and Public Holidays. 

Ninja Van delivers 8am-8pm from Monday to Saturday. There will be no deliveries on Sundays and PH.

Parcel(s) that will be sent as Registered Articles may take up to 7 working days to receive. All orders made will be dispatched within 1-3 working days unless due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day as our office do not operate on weekends and Public Holidays.

 

Self-collection

Self-collect option is also available for domestic orders at our L'zzie Malaysia HQ. 
(Excludes sale order(s) made during sale period)


Orders made before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched to our retail outlets within 1-5 working days for self-collection unless due to unforeseen circumstances.  Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day as our office do not operate on weekends and Public Holidays. 

An email will be sent to you once your parcel has reached our outlet and is ready for your self-collection. 

 

Brunei, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and The Philippines

Customers from the above stated countries are also entitled to free shipping*! International orders may take between 3-15 working days to reach. 
A tracking system is provided for customers to check updates on delivery of purchase.

Please also note that international orders may be subjected to tax which we are not liable for. In addition, delivery time may be delayed due to custom inspection. 
You may need to pay tax for your parcel as custom inspection on your receiving country is random, which we apologize are not within our control.

*For spending above RM 300, otherwise it will be charged a flat rate of RM 50.

 

Australia and Thailand 

Customers from the above stated country are charged at a flat rate of RM 100 for shipping. International orders may take between 3-10 working days to reach. 
A tracking system is provided for customers to check updates on delivery of purchase.

Please also note that international orders may be subjected to tax which we are not liable for. In addition, delivery time may be delayed due to customs inspection.

Singapore and Other International Countries

For other International countries not stated above, shipping charges are at a flat rate of RM 150. International orders may take between 3-15 working days to reach.

Packaging

All online orders will be delivered in specially designed L’zzie boxes to ensure all goods are protected from damage during delivery. 
However, kindly take note that L'zzie boxes will not be applicable for bulky and/or sale items. 

 

Out of stock or Defective Items before dispatch of orders

As we strive to provide you with only the best quality of products, we will check the condition of our products before we dispatch your order.

In the event when we are unable to fulfill your orders due to out-of-stock or defective items, L'zzie reserves the right to refund or replace items of equivalent value.

We do seek your kind understanding as it’s unavoidable of human errors in stock balance or quality of items. Please only proceed to order if you are comfortable with this arrangement.
